For almost two decades, I've worked behind the scenes helping businesses, leaders and teams operate more effectively. My experience spans executive support, business operations, people and culture, governance, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, finance administration and business improvement across corporate, government and small business environments.

Throughout my career, I've supported senior executives, coordinated complex projects, led operational initiatives, improved systems and processes, and helped businesses navigate growth, change and competing priorities.
